Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Pay by cash, credit card, or via your insurance claim. We can help you file a glass claim and verify coverage for repair vs replacement.

Insurance:

Most insurance companies offer coverage for auto glass repair and windshield installations, and we may apply a deductible discount up to $150 depending on your specific policy. This includes State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, Farmers Insurance, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, American Family Insurance, Travelers, Amica Mutual, and others. We have partnerships with all major insurance companies for directly receiving payment on your behalf. However, State Farm does not allow deductible discounts, so their standard deductible terms will apply. We'll connect with your insurance company to review your specific policy details and explain your coverage options.
